Description
Tadacip 20 tablets contain tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase type-5 (PDE-5) inhibitor used primarily to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). The medicine works by relaxing smooth muscles and increasing blood flow to the penile region during sexual stimulation, enabling a firm and sustained erection.
Tadacip 20 begins to work within 30–60 minutes after oral administration and its effects may last up to 36 hours, which is why tadalafil is often called the “weekend pill.” Sexual stimulation is necessary for the medication to be effective.
Besides erectile dysfunction, tadalafil may also be prescribed for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and pulmonary arterial hypertension under medical supervision (different dosing schedules).
The tablet should be taken with water, with or without food, preferably before planned sexual activity. Only one dose should be taken within 24 hours unless advised otherwise by a doctor.
