Description

Poxet 90 Tablets are an oral medication containing dapoxetine, a short-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) specifically developed for the treatment of premature ejaculation in men aged 18–64 years.

Dapoxetine works by increasing serotonin activity in the nervous system, which helps delay the ejaculation reflex and improves control during sexual intercourse. This results in increased intravaginal ejaculatory latency time (IELT), enhanced sexual satisfaction, and reduced performance anxiety.

Poxet 90 is considered a higher-strength dose, generally prescribed when lower doses (such as 30 mg or 60 mg) are not sufficiently effective. The tablet is usually taken 1–3 hours before sexual activity with a full glass of water and should not be taken more than once within 24 hours.
