Description

Extra Super P-Force Tablets are a dual-action medication containing sildenafil citrate (100 mg) and dapoxetine (60 mg). This combination is designed to manage two common male sexual health conditions simultaneously—erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation.

Sildenafil belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type-5 (PDE-5) inhibitors, which work by relaxing blood vessels and increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, helping achieve and maintain an erection.

Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) specifically used for premature ejaculation. It increases serotonin activity in the nervous system, helping delay ejaculation and improve sexual performance control.

The tablet is usually taken 30–60 minutes before sexual activity, and its effects may last for several hours. Sexual stimulation is necessary for the erectile effect to occur.
