Description

Duratia 90 mg Tablets are oral medications containing dapoxetine, a short-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) specifically formulated for the treatment of premature ejaculation in adult men. Premature ejaculation occurs when ejaculation happens sooner than desired, causing distress or reduced sexual satisfaction.

Dapoxetine works by increasing serotonin levels in the central nervous system, which helps delay the ejaculation reflex and improves control over climax. This results in increased intravaginal ejaculatory latency time (IELT), enhanced sexual confidence, and improved overall sexual performance.

Duratia 90 mg represents a higher-strength dose, generally prescribed for patients who do not achieve sufficient benefit from lower doses such as 30 mg or 60 mg. The tablet is typically taken 1–3 hours before sexual activity with water and should not be used more than once within 24 hours.
