Description

Duratia 60 mg Tablets are oral medications containing dapoxetine, a short-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) specifically developed for the treatment of premature ejaculation in men aged 18–64 years.

Dapoxetine works by increasing serotonin activity in the nervous system, which helps delay the ejaculation reflex and improves control during sexual intercourse. This action increases intravaginal ejaculatory latency time (IELT), enhances sexual satisfaction, and reduces performance anxiety associated with premature ejaculation.

Duratia 60 mg is considered a standard therapeutic dose, usually prescribed when lower strengths such as 30 mg are insufficient. The tablet is typically taken 1–3 hours before sexual activity with a full glass of water and should not be used more than once within 24 hours.
