Modafresh 200 mg is a tablet formulation of modafinil, a central nervous system wakefulness-promoting agent prescribed to manage excessive daytime sleepiness. It is commonly used for conditions such as narcolepsy, obstructive sleep apnea (as an adjunct to primary treatments like CPAP therapy), and shift work sleep disorder.

Modafinil works by influencing neurotransmitters in the brain, particularly by inhibiting dopamine reuptake, which increases dopamine levels and enhances alertness.
